Other camping is located in West Sedona, about 7 miles from our shop and only a mile from some of our favorite singletrack trails in the Boynton Pass area. This camp spot is classified as a “primitive” site – meaning there are no bathroom facilities, no water, no trash cans or tables, and campfires are prohibitied….. but this is the closest camping to town, the only camping with red rock views, and the only camping close to awesome trails.
Drive Directions: Head west on Hwy 89A , Right on Dry Creek Rd., Left on Boynton Pass Rd., another Left at the stop sign to stay on Boynton Pass Rd, continue on the road as it turns into a dirt road, make a Left at the next intersection – on Forest Road 525 – then look to your right side after making the turn to find you best camp spot.
