We are hard at work to bring you the best festival possible for 2019. This schedule will be updated as we get closer to the event, if you want an idea of what’s coming here is what we did last year:

Thursday, March 1st

11 am – Registration and packet pick up open from 11 am – 6 pm @ Over The Edge Sports

2 – 6 pm – VIDA packet pickup and registration @ Over The Edge Sports

Friday, March 2nd

9 am – Registration open

9:30 am – All skill level fun group ride from the venue with pro athlete Teal Stetson Lee. Shimano swag after the ride. Meet at Shimano booth.

9:30 – 10:30 am – FREE Yoga session- Open to all festival attendees. Hosted by VIDA ladies on the main stage

9:30am- Group Ride hosted by ZOIC led by Sedona Legend Simon Bosman. All levels welcome. Group will be riding Soldiers pass Trials (Teacup, Jordan, Ant Hill, Powerline, Grand Central, Adobe Jack) 1.5 – 2 hours. Meets at the ZOIC booth

10 am – First Shuttle leavel

10am – Group ride hosted by Transition Bikes and led by Angi Weston and Lars Sternberg. All skill levels welcome – Central Sedona trails, 1.5 – 2 hours. Meets at the Transition booth

10 am – Group ride hosted by Giant Bicycles. Meet at Giant Bicycles booth

1 pm – VIDA ladies social group ride, open to all festival attendees. Meet at VIDA booth

1pm – Group ride hosted by Transition Bikes and led by Angi Weston and Lars Sternberg. Advanced ride – HiLine or Hangover, 3 – 4 hours. Meets at the Transition booth

1 pm – Beer garden open

1:30 – 3:30 pm – The Stratmores on the main stage

2 pm – Advanced ride on Hangover with Kyle Warner via shuttle to the trailhead. Shimano SWAG after the ride. Meet at Shimano booth

2 pm – Ride with the Rangers. Here is your chance to ride with a real life Forest Service Ranger on an intermediate ride from the venue. Meet at the Forest Service booth

3 pm – Last shuttle departs

3 pm – E-MTB ride on Shimano Steps with Scott Countryman. 1 hour ride all levels. Meet at Shimano booth

3 – 4 pm – CLIF & Leigh Donovan’s Bunny Hop Experience. Learn to master the bunny hop with World Downhill Champion Leigh Donovan. Space limited, sign up and meet at the CLIF booth.

4 – 6 pm – Dead Country Gentlemen on the main stage

4 – 6 pm – VIDA happy hour and early clinic check in presented by SKA BREWING. Hosted at the VIDA booth.

4:30 – 6:30 pm – First showing of The Moment Movie, a documentary about the origins of freeride, shown at West Sedona School at Posse Grounds.

Surprise guest Hans Rey world premier his latest film before both showings of The Moment Movie :

TransAngeles – An Urban Adventure traversing Los Angeles with Hans Rey, Missy Giove and Timmy C (bassist of Rage Against the Machine)

5 pm – Last return shuttle back to the the expo area

5 pm – Tech clinic with Squish Dynamics. Hosted by YETI CYCLES at Yeti booth

7 pm – Expo is closed and all cars need to be off parking fields

Saturday, March 3rd

9 am – Registration open

9 am – TREK BICYCLES women’s group ride. Meet at the TREK BICYCLES booth

10 – 11:15 am – Yoga For Cyclists with Mark and Deborah Wille. Meet at the main stage

10 am – Absolute Bikes group ride leaving from the shuttle area ending at the shop (Absolute Bikes) with lunch provided. Then a second ride back at 2 pm on Hiline after lunch, or take the shuttle back to the event.

10 am – Trail Boss Ride with Jeff Lenosky group ride. Meet at the Giant booth

10 am – Intermediate group ride. Meet at the Rocky Mountain booth.

12 – 1 pm – CLIF & Leigh Donovan’s Bunny Hop Experience. Learn to master the bunny hop with World Downhill Champion Leigh Donovan. Space limited, sign up and meet at the CLIF booth.

1 pm – Beer garden open

2 pm – Advanced ride on Hangover with Kyle Warner via shuttle to the trailhead. Shimano SWAG after the ride. Meet at Shimano booth

3 – 5 pm – CLIF’s Hoppin’ Happy Hour + Bunny Hop Competition. Think you have what it takes to be bunny hop champion? Show us what you got at CLIF’s Hoppin’ Happy Hour hosted by Leigh Donovan; there’s beer and glory on the line! Bunny hoppin’ not your thing? Swing by for a beer and watch the fun! Competition space is limited, sign up at the CLIF booth on Saturday.

3pm- Group Ride hosted by ZOIC led by Factory Pivot Riders Rob and Rich Drew. Intermediate to advanced level ride. Group will be riding 1-1.5 hours. Meets at the ZOIC booth

3 – 4 pm – Happy hour hosted by Club Ride. Located at the Club Ride booth

3:30 pm – Revenge of the Nerds tricycle race!

4 – 6 pm – Decker on the main stage

5 pm – Last return shuttle back to the the expo area

7 pm – Expo is closed and all cars need to be off parking fields

8 pm – Annual after party at the Olde Sedona Bar and Grill. Opening band The Stratmores

9:30 pm – Olde Sedona party with DJ Teddy Huxxtable who was raised under the influences of Michael Jackson, James Brown, The Talking Heads, Southern Hip Hop and David Bowie from the Labyrinth. No one’s really sure where the music goes from here but we promise it won’t be boring. Attendees are advised to limber up.

Sunday, March 4th

9 am – Registration open

9 am – TREK BICYCLES women’s group ride. Meet at the TREK BICYCLES booth

9am- Group Ride hosted by ZOIC led by Factory Pivot Riders Rob and Rich Drew. Intermediate to advanced level ride. Group will be riding 1-1.5 hours. Meets at the ZOIC booth

9:30 – 10:30 am FREE Yoga session. Open to all festival attendees. Hosted by VIDA ladies on the main stage

10 am – First shuttle leaves

11am Group ride hosted by Knolly Bikes. Advanced ride on Hi-line. Estimated to be a 3 hour ride. Ride will meet at the Industry Nine booth.

1 pm – Beer garden opens

1 pm – Casual group ride with Rocky Mountain Ambassador, Sam Schultz. Be prepared to ride for 1 – 2.5 hours with bailout options along the way. All abilities welcome. Come share stories and the love of the ride with this former Olympian and National Champion. Meet at the Rocky Mountain booth

1 pm – TREK BICYCLES women’s group ride. Meet at the TREK BICYCLES booth

4 – 6 pm – Naughty Bits band on the main stage

5 pm – Last return shuttle back to the the expo area

6 pm – Festival wraps up
