Friday, March 3th

9:00am Registration Open

9:00am and then every hour on the hour, Free Tubeless Clinic and Setup @ the Orange Seal booth

9:30am-10:30am FREE yoga session – open to all festival attendees provided by VIDA

9:30am Friday Fun-Hater Unvitational* Mountain Cycle Ride Please read the ride description!

9:30am-4:00pm Free Stan’s refresh, Bring your 2oz sample from your registration bag and Stan’s will match it with a free refresh

9:30 Transition’s Giddyup Shredona, Join Lars Daren Josh and Ryan for a 1.5 hr ride from the Transition booth.

10:00am First Shuttle leaves

1:00pm The Naughty Bits band on the main stage

1:00pm VIDA Group ride from the VIDA booth

1:00pm Beer garden open

3:00pm Last shuttle departs

4:00pm-6:00pm VIDA Happy hour and early check in at expo presented by Ska Brewing

3:30pm-6:00pm The Hourglass Cats on the main stage

5:00pm VIDA Tech Clinic with Squish Dynamics at Yeti Cycles booth

5:00pm Last return shuttle back to the the expo area

8:00- Close- Party- Drunk Cyclist at the Sundowner in association with Knolly Bikes and Industry Nine. Drink Specials and giveaways. NOT All ages!

Saturday, March 4th

9:00am-9:30am VIDA MTB Series clinic check-in

9:00am Registration Open

9:00am Trek Womens Ride 1.5 hours of fun. Pre Register any time Friday before the ride.

10:00am Absolute Bikes group ride leaving from the Festival w/lunch provided by Absolute Bikes ( old post to Absolute Bikes– Then a second ride back (2:00pm Highline) after lunch, or

11:30am Group ride with Juliana Pro Rider Alex Pavon meet @ the Santa Cruz Bikes booth

1:00pm Beer garden open

1:00pm Enduro Skills for the XC/All-mountain rider – Join former World Cup XC racer turned professional Enduro racer (2015 Big Mountain Enduro Series Winner) and Osprey Packs athlete Krista Rust to dial in your skills This FREE clinic is encouraged for both men and women. Meet at the Osprey Packs booth – no pre-registration necessary. Post clinic New Belgium brews and Chip Peddler chips for all attendees.

12:00pm Planet Sandwich on the Main Stage

12:00pm Casual group ride with Rocky Mountain and Kitsbow Ambassador, Sam Schultz. Meet at the Rocky Mountain demo tent prepared to ride for 1-2.5 hours with bailout options along the way. All abilities welcome. Come share stories and the love of the ride with this former Olympian and National Champion. And be sure to stop back after the ride to sip a free beer from Sam’s hometown brewery, Big Sky Brewing.

2:00 pm Trek Womens Ride Pre Register any time Friday before the ride. Join Trek Women’s Advocates Erin Wells, Kate Nolan and Michelle Thiry for a fun group ride.

3:00-6:00pm Decker on the Main Stage

3:00pm Last shuttle departs

5:00pm Last return shuttle back to the the expo area

9:00pm-close Party at Olde Seodna with DJ Teddy Huxxtable who was raised under the influences of Michael Jackson, James Brown, The Talking Heads, Southern Hip Hop and David Bowie from the Labyrinth. No one’s really sure where the music goes from here but we promise it won’t be boring. Attendees are advised to limber up.

Sunday, March 5th
