2021 Sedona Mountain Bike Festival Schedule

Thursday, November 11th

Noon – Registration and packet pick up open from Noon – 6 pm at Thunder Mountain Bikes.

4 – 6 pm – VIDA packet pickup and registration at Thunder Mountain Bikes.

Friday, November 12th

9 am – Registration open.

9:30 am-  Yoga with VIDA on the main stange.

10 am – First shuttle leaves.

10 am – Troy Lee Designs Group Ride – No-drop Intermediate XC Ride lead by Leigh Donovan

10 am- Trail Manos ride led by Patrick White, Meet at the Trail Manos tent, this is an intermediate ride.

10 am – Group ride hosted by Transition Bikes and led Angi Weston and other Giddy Up Squad members. All skill levels are welcome. Central Sedona trails, 1.5 – 2 hours. Meet at the Transition booth. 

1 pm – Beer garden opens.

1:30 – 3:30 pm – James Brown Band Band on the Main Stage.

2 pm – 6pm – VIDA clinic check in and packet pick-up at the VIDA tent 

2pm – Meet at the Diamondback Booth for a casual, fun no drop ride with Eric Porter.  Come prepared for 2 hours of fun.

2 pm  – Ride with the Rangers. Here is your chance to ride with a real life Forest Service Ranger on an intermediate ride from the venue. Meet at the Forest Service booth.

3 pm – Last shuttle departs.

3:30 pm Sedona Mountain Bike Academy: Ask A Mountain Bike Coach with Joanna Yates on the Main Stage

4 – 5:30 pm – Morning Embers on the Main Stage.

4 pm – VIDA tech talk at the VIDA booth. 

4 – 6 pm – Party in the Woods (or vortex) at the Transition Bikes booth. Meet the Transition crew and have a go a the Klunker Wheelie Contest from 4:30-5:30.

5 pm – Last return shuttle back to the the expo area.

5:30 pm – TASCO footdown competition. Followed by Happy Hour after party featuring Dough Broughs Pizza. Join TASCO for a few laughs as we close down Day 1 of the 2020 Sedona Mountain Bike Festival!

6 pm –  Industry Nine / Outbound Lighting Night Ride – Meet at the Industry Nine booth. Demo lights available – limited number of lights, stop by to reserve a set before the ride. Easy, mellow ride up Soldiers Pass and down Adobe Jack to the trail head. All levels ride, no drop with sweepers, aka “Party Pace” Will finish back at the Outbound Lighting booth.

7 pm – Expo is closed and all cars need to be off parking fields.  

Saturday, November 13th

9 am – Registration open.

10 am – First shuttle leaves.

10am- Local Legends ride led by Rob Drew, and Alex petitdemange, Meet at the Trail Manos tent, this is an intermediate ride.

10 am – Group ride hosted by Transition Bikes and led Angi Weston and other Giddy Up Squad members. All skill levels are welcome. Central Sedona trails, 1.5 – 2 hours. Meet at the Transition booth. 

1 pm – Beer garden opens

1 pm- Trail Manos ride led by Paul The Punter, Meet at the Trail Manos tent, all skill levels welcome.

1 pm – Group ride hosted by Transition Bikes and led Angi Weston and other Giddy Up Squad members. Advanced. Highline, Hangover, Hogs (conditions dependent), 3.5 – 4 hours. Meet at the Transition booth. 

1:30 – 3:30 pm – Spicy Loops  on the Main Stage.

2 pm – Ride with the Rangers. Here is your chance to ride with a real life Forest Service Ranger on an intermediate ride from the venue. Meet at the Forest Service booth.

2 pm – Hangover – Advanced riders only.  Come ride one of Sedona’s most Iconic ride with Diamondback rider Eric Porter.

2 pm – Dusty Betty womens group ride 2-4pm.  Blue square ride, no drop.  Meet at the Club Ride Booth, post ride happy hour

2:30 pm – Hardtail Party group ride 2:30-4pm.  Blue square/ black diamond ride, no drop.  Meet at the Club Ride Booth, post ride happy hour

3 pm – Last shuttle departs.

4 – 5 pm – Happy hour hosted by Club Ride. Located at the Club Ride booth.

3:30 pm – ZOIC’s Revenge of the Nerds Tricycle Race! Pedal hard and CHUG for pride and prizes! Register your team at the ZOIC Booth. 

4 – 5:30 pm – Decker on the Main Stage.

4:30 pm – Bunny Hop Contest – How high can you go? Find out in our all-levels all-good bunny hop party! Sign up for free at the Sedona Mountain Bike Academy Booth in the Expo. We’ll offer some amazing prizes and swag for participants and spectators too! Free Wanderlust Beer will be flowing – come watch all the action!

5 pm – Last return shuttle back to the expo area.

5 pm- Warriors MTB Veterans Shred led by War Within MTB, Meet at the Trail Manos tent, tall skill levels welcome, A Veteran’s Day celebration ride co-sponsored by Spartan Rides with a spaghetti dinner to follow.

5:30 pm –  Raffle Drawing at the Main Stage in support of Sedona’s amazing trails!  All proceeds go to Sedona Red Rock Trail Fund & Verde Valley Cyclists Coalition.  Prizes from Shimano, Crankbrothers, Shredly, luxury stays at local hotels, and much more.  Must be present to win.  Buy tickets online or learn more about the prizes here

6:00 pm – BETA Film Festival 6 pm – 8 pm on the Main Stage.  Full line up here.

Sunday, November 14th

9 am – Registration open.

9:15 am –  VIDA MTB Series Clinic Check-In at the VIDA booth

10 am- World Ride led by Agnes Rodriguez Meet at the Trail Manos tent,all skill levels welcome.

10:30 am  – VIDA Social Ride. Open to all festival attendees, registration required here
