Where do I park?
Parking is very limited, so we highly encourage you to ride your bike to the event!
We offer a free bike valet where you can drop off your bike during the day, and our team will keep it secure for you.
If you prefer to drive, there is first-come, on-site parking available for $10, with all proceeds supporting our local bike charity.
Visit our Fest Location page for more details about offsite parking options and other info on getting to the Fest.
How do demo bikes work?
All vendors under "Bike Brands" on the exhibitor list will have demo bikes available for registered Pass holders to test out.
While there will be plenty of bikes at the event, demos are first-come, first-served. So if there’s a specific bike you’re eager to try, be sure to arrive early.
Each vendor sets their demo ride times, but rides typically last 1–2 hours to ensure everyone has a chance to test bikes. Please return demo bikes promptly instead of holding onto them during lunch or breaks so others can enjoy a ride too.
If you know you want to ride all day or want to a guaranteed bike without waiting, your best bet is to rent from one of the excellent local bike shops in town.
Thunder Mountain Bikes is the official shop of the Sedona Mountain Bike Festival. They are close to the Festival, and have a huge selection of demo bikes to choose from. Book your bike online: www.thundermountainbikes.com
Where can I camp? Can I camp at the Venue?
There is no camping at the Sedona Mountain Bike Festival, and no overnight parking for Vans or RVs. Check out our Camping page for nearby campgrounds and dispersed camping options.
Is there bike-friendly lodging in Sedona?
Many of Sedona's hotels and vacation rentals cater to the mtb crowd. Browse our recommended Lodging here to find accommodations that match your style.
Do I need a pass for my child?
That is up to you. Bike Demos and Shuttles are only available for Pass holders. If your child is old enough to demo adult-sized bikes and take the shuttle, then yes, they do need a Pass. If they plan to bring their own bike and ride at or near the venue, then they do not.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, we love dogs! The City of Sedona has a leash law, so keeping them on-leash is required. The same goes for the Forest Service, and with how busy this weekend is with bike riders, it is important to keep your dog on a leash on all trails.
